This page will help you navigate the QDRO Submission Process section. Please enter below the Social Security Number of the Participant for whom you are submitting a QDRO.
If the Social Security Number is NOT found in the UPS QDRO database, you will be redirected to the “Initial QDRO Submission” page which will require completion of a Personal Data section, along with the QDRO Submission.
If the Social Security Number is found in the UPS QDRO database, it means that an “Initial QDRO Submission” has already been made to the UPS QDRO Database for this Participant. You will, then, be redirected to the “Subsequent QDRO Submission” page (which is an abbreviated submission process).
