On this page you will find model QDROs and QDRO Procedures to assist you in preparing a QDRO for UPS Retirement and Pension Plans.
Prior to filing any documents with the court, parties are strongly encouraged to submit a draft QDRO to UPS for preapproval. You may submit a draft by going to the Home Page and clicking on "Submit a QDRO".
A "Normal Model QDRO" should be used when a Participant has not retired and/or commenced receipt of benefits.
A "Special Model QDRO" should be used when a Participant will be retiring (or electing to begin receiving retirement benefits) in the near future.
An "In Pay Status Model QDRO" should be used when a Participant has retired and is receiving monthly benefits.
